Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71852194-4, respects the privacy of users and complies with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its implementing regulations and the resolutions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter subscription form: name and email. In addition, through cookies and similar technologies, we may record technical device information, IP address, preferred language, pages visited and date and time of access.
3. Purpose of the processing
We use your data to: (i) send you communications about real estate projects published on the platform; (ii) reply to enquiries; (iii) measure the use of the site and improve content; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations in Argentina, including those arising from anti-money laundering regulations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent of the data subject (Article 5 of Law 25,326), on the performance of the relationship with the user and on the compliance with legal obligations.
5. Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with technical service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as data processors under contract, with competent authorities when required by law, and with external auditors subject to confidentiality obligations.
6. Access, rectification and deletion rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your personal data by sending a request to contacto@torvily.com. The AAIP, based at Av. Pte. General Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 3, City of Buenos Aires, is the supervisory authority of Law 25,326 and has powers to handle complaints.
7. Retention
Data is retained while the newsletter subscription is active and for the additional periods required by applicable regulations, including retention obligations regarding anti-money laundering.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction, in accordance with Article 9 of Law 25,326.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
